OPERATION CHRONICLE
Our heritage, arts and cultural-response programme.
Protecting Heritage. Celebrating Culture. Building Connections.
Ukraine’s culture is more than its monuments, museums and works of art. It is carried through language, books, traditions, faith, music, craft, memory and the stories communities pass from one generation to the next.
Operation Chronicle is Kent With Ukraine’s programme for culture and heritage, supporting projects that protect Ukraine’s cultural identity, strengthen international cultural exchange and ensure that traditions continue to be lived, shared and understood.
Russia’s war has placed cultural heritage at direct risk. Libraries, churches, museums, archives and cultural spaces have been damaged or destroyed, while communities have faced the loss of collections, traditions and places that help define local identity.
Operation Chronicle responds to that challenge by combining preservation with participation. It is not only about protecting the past. It is about ensuring that Ukrainian culture remains visible, accessible and alive for future generations.
