OPERATION PULSE

Our humanitarian, medical and emergency-response programme.

Operation Pulse is Kent With Ukraine’s humanitarian, medical and emergency-response programme,

delivering practical equipment and support to communities facing the direct consequences of Russia’s war.

Since 2023, Kent With Ukraine has provided targeted assistance across Ukraine, including medical supplies, emergency equipment, generators, winter support and specialist resources identified directly by trusted Ukrainian partners.

Our approach is practical and needs-led. We work with local authorities, hospitals, communities and partner organisations to understand what is required, then mobilise support from British businesses, communities and specialist organisations.

Operation Pulse combines immediate humanitarian response with a longer-term goal: helping Ukrainian communities build stronger local emergency capacity and resilience.

Through projects involving the direct delivery of fire engines, medical equipment, generators and emergency-response resources, the programme supports communities to save lives, maintain essential services and respond more effectively when every second counts.

Winter 2026/27 Campaign

We already know that this winter will be difficult for communities across Ukraine.

Russia has once again begun targeting critical energy, heating and power infrastructure, increasing the risk of prolonged outages as temperatures fall. For families, hospitals, schools and community services, the loss of electricity or heating during winter is not simply an inconvenience — it can quickly become a serious humanitarian emergency.

Last winter, temperatures in parts of Ukraine fell below -30°C, placing enormous pressure on already damaged infrastructure and on communities living with the daily consequences of war.

Kent With Ukraine wants to help communities prepare before the coldest months arrive.

Through our Winter 2026/27 Campaign, we are raising funds to strengthen local resilience and provide practical support where it is needed most. Working with trusted Ukrainian partners, we will focus on equipment and resources that can keep homes, essential services and vulnerable people warm, powered and connected when infrastructure is attacked or disrupted.
