OPERATION SEED
Enterprise, Trade & Economic Recovery
Ukraine’s long-term recovery will depend not only on rebuilding infrastructure, but on rebuilding economic
confidence, creating jobs and giving businesses the opportunity to grow.
Operation Seed is Kent With Ukraine’s programme for enterprise, trade and community economic recovery.
The programme is designed to help turn partnership into practical economic opportunity. It supports initiatives that encourage investment, open new markets, strengthen local businesses and create long-term links between British and Ukrainian communities, companies and institutions.
Rather than focusing solely on short-term assistance, Operation Seed looks at what comes next: how local economies can become more resilient, how businesses can reach new customers, how international partners can invest with confidence, and how communities can build sustainable livelihoods for the future.

Current Operation Seed Projects
We are proud to be working with partners to deliver the following projects:

From Recovery to Growth
Operation Seed is built around a simple principle: communities recover more strongly when they have the ability to create their own prosperity.
By supporting trade, enterprise, investment and international partnerships, Kent With Ukraine aims to help create the conditions in which Ukrainian businesses can grow, local economies can become more resilient and communities can build sustainable futures.
Operation Seed is about helping recovery take root — and giving Ukrainian enterprise the opportunity to grow.
