OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAMMES
Five Workstreams: One mission: a stronger, freer and more resilient Ukraine
Kent With Ukraine delivers its work through five flagship programmes, each focused on a distinct area of Ukraine’s recovery, resilience and long-term development. Together, these programmes provide a clear framework for our humanitarian, social, economic and cultural work, helping ensure that support is practical, targeted and capable of delivering lasting impact.
Working in partnership with Ukrainian authorities, municipalities, communities, civil society organisations and international partners, our programmes respond to immediate needs while also addressing the longer-term challenges created by war. From veteran recovery and emergency humanitarian assistance to support for young people, local enterprise and the protection of culture and heritage, each programme is designed around a defined area of need and a clear pathway to sustainable recovery.
Our five programmes are Operation Compass, supporting veterans and long-term reintegration; Operation Pulse, focused on humanitarian aid, medical support and emergency response; Operation Future Spark, investing in children and young people; Operation Seed, strengthening local enterprise and community recovery; and Operation Chronicle, protecting Ukraine’s culture, heritage and historical identity.
This programme-based approach allows Kent With Ukraine to develop projects with clear objectives, measurable outcomes and strong local partnerships. It also enables donors, corporate sponsors, foundations and public-sector partners to identify the areas where their support can have the greatest impact.
Across all five programmes, the principle is the same: to meet urgent needs today while helping Ukrainian communities build stronger, more resilient and more sustainable futures for tomorrow.
