Kent With Ukraine is committed to protecting your privacy. When you contact us, donate, volunteer, sign up for updates, attend an event or use our website, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, donation details, communication preferences and any information you choose to provide.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, process donations, manage volunteers, deliver projects, keep supporters informed, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, report to funders and further our not-for-profit objectives.
We will not sell your personal data. We will only share it where necessary with trusted service providers, delivery partners, professional advisers, regulators, funders or authorities, and only where we have a lawful basis to do so.
